When you enquire, book a venue tour, book an event or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation, event details and any other information you choose to give us. If you book an event, we also collect the details needed to plan and deliver it, such as guest numbers, dietary requirements and invoicing details.
We do not store your card or bank details. Payments are processed by our payment provider under their own terms.
Directly from you through our website forms, by email, phone or in person, and through our event management system. When you visit our website we also collect technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and the site you came from. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
We use your personal information to respond to enquiries, book and deliver events, send you information you have asked for, tell you about our venue and offers where you have agreed to hear from us, run our business and meet our legal obligations.
